Lectures by Dr. Tony Abraham

The STOTS community was enriched by the presence and lectures of Dr. Tony Abraham Mathew (HOD, Department of Clinical Psychology, Jubilee Mission Medical College and Research Centre, Thrissur) who came to STOTS for making the psychological evaluations of the candidates who had applied for the new batch. He offered multiple lectures to the Seminary Community on the topics “Psychological Perspectives on Biblical Concept of Marriage” , “Depression and learning problems among students in the Higher Classes” on 21st and 22nd Jan and interacted with the students clarifying their doubts in psychology. H.G. Geevarghese Mar Coorilos, Very Rev Geevarghese Ramban, Fr. Dr. Baby Varghese, and the entire faculty of STOTS graced the occasion. Dr. Tony’s valuable interactions were very fruitful for the whole seminary community. His presence was felt even more bounteous due to his one to one interaction with Faculties, Students and Staff, which helped them in personal levels.
